RARALAND 2024 Tickets - Everything you need to know

To all beloved fans of RARALAND!

today, we would like to supply you with conclusive information on the ticket categories, ticket prizes and additional options that will be available for RARALAND 2024. Before we start, we would like to thank everyone for their valuable feedback over the past months and during the last iteration of RARALAND.

Player Ticket – 149€

Our base ticket in this year will once again be the “Player Ticket” which will give you access to the venue from Friday morning until Sunday night. Player Ticket holders have access to their own PC for the entire duration of the event and can furthermore participate in every tournament that will be organized for the duration of RARALAND. Just as in the last years, we will host a row of events for Solo, Duo and Fun-Mode enjoyers. Furthermore, there will be accompanying program and more opportunities for everyone to enjoy themselves every evening of RARALAND.

Supporter Ticket – 199€

We were extremely thankful for the willingness of several community members to show us some extra love by acquiring the supporter ticket in last year. This year, we want to make sure that our supporters once again receive some extra love back! Therefore, the supporter ticket holders will once again receive all benefits of a player ticket as well as the following:

- All supporter ticket holders will receive this year’s limited event pin that will not be for sale (Pin will only be handed to BEWS 2024 playoffs players, Supporters and VIPs)
- In this year, there will be an opportunity to meet the pros of RARALAND in a special setting. We will be selling tickets for this shortly after the ticket sale for RARALAND took place. This “evening with the pros” will take place on Wednesday, the 31st of July. Ticket sales for this event will be first opened to VIP ticket and Supporter ticket holders and only opened to others, if the very limited tickets are still in stock.

VIP Ticket – 289€

For those who want the most comfortable experience, the VIP ticket will once again be the best option. Besides all benefits of the Supporter ticket, VIP ticket holders will furthermore receive the following benefits:

- Access to our VIP area with free snacks and drinks (soft drinks & 25 € in bar vouchers) as well as the option to watch the games of the BEWS in a more private setting
- Access to a wider & height-adjustable desk as well as a room they share exclusively with other VIP ticket owners
- Access to the best PCs available at RARALAND 2024
- VIPs will once again be able to join our cast for one map on Friday of the event (first come first serve as long as there are slots)
- In this year, there will be an opportunity to meet the pros of RARALAND in a special setting. We will be selling tickets for this shortly after the ticket sale for RARALAND took place. Ticket sales for this event will be first opened to VIP ticket and Supporter ticket holders and only opened to others, if the very limited tickets are still in stock.

Thursday add-on – 39€

For those who can’t get enough of RARALAND, we will open our doors already on Thursday the 1st of August at noon for you to warm up and settle in! Full access to your event PC will be given at the same time. While the BEWS 2024 open bracket will NOT start before Friday the 2nd of August, we will make sure that a couple of fun tournament options will be available as well as some accompanying program. Please note that this add-on is available for all ticket categories (player, supporter & VIP)

Viewer Ticket Full Weekend – 39€

While improving the experience for our players in this year, we will not forget about our viewers either. There will be more program in the evenings for you to participate in, more signing sessions and more ways to enjoy your time in the venue in general. We will have more culinary options as well as beer pong and other bar sports in the evenings on top of that. Viewer tickets will also be available for individual days.

Hotel Package

We are happy to announce that we were able to secure 40 rooms at the hotel “BaseCamp” right next door. You will be able to book a room for the entire duration of RARALAND (1st to 5th of August) during your checkout in the Ticket Shop for 80€/ night for a single and 99€/ night for a double room.

Other options:

In this year you will notice some extra options present in the check-out process such as:

- Rental of keyboard, headset, and mouse (you will also be able to rent these on site as last year. We just want to save you some time and us some planning resources!)
- Event merchandise: You will be able to buy event merchandise in this year at a reduced rate before we go into printing it. As above, the merch will also be buyable on site. Once again, this will save us some planning work and you some money :)

Payment options:

You will be able to pay for your tickets using Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.

Further important information:

One of our key challenges in last year was to get everyone to the event that wanted to visit, and it was heartbreaking to see that many of those ended up not being able to purchase a ticket. As you probably already noticed, we will be returning to BaseStack Dortmund once more based on very positive feedback and experiences in last year. However, based on some redesigning and repurposing of certain rooms we were able to free up another 20 player tickets for the community. However, tickets might still prove to be of a lesser number than the interest in them. Therefore, we strongly suggest being present when the ticket sale will open on the 30th of March at 6pm CET. The ticket sale will go live through the BaseStack Shop which we will link on social media and in the live Chat of Back2Warcraft on that time and date.
