Announcing: ÜBERFEST 2025
Dear TF2 Community,
Today, and with great pleasure, we are announcing ÜBERFEST 2025
As you may have heard, our previous plans to host another event in Dortmund were cut short by the place sadly going out of business but we did not let the loss of our previous venue partner stop us. We think we've found the perfect space in 1337 Camp, Stuttgart to keep the heart of competitive TF2 beating in Germany.
With this new partner, ÜBERFEST 2025, the soul of the event will remain just the same while we will be able to provide an even better experience to all of you on pretty much all fronts!
First, a couple of key facts:
WHEN:
ÜBERFEST 2025 will take place from the 20th to the 23rd of November 2025
WHERE:
The event will take place at 1337 Camp Stuttgart

HOW MANY TEAMS:
The venue is currently capable of hosting 16 teams (96 players) as well as additional community members who would like to be part of the event.
TICKET INFORMATION:
Tickets will go on sale on the 29th of August 2025 at 18:00 CEST. We will have one initial wave of tickets as well as a few tickets that we will hold back for a potential group of invites. Following feedback from last time, we have decided to sell only team tickets for this iteration. We encourage everyone who would like to join our event alone or as 7th/ coach to get in touch with us through our event discord server as we should have a few gaming stations free for guests who would like to participate in this way.
TICKET PRICES:
Team Tickets – 900€
A team tickets will include a PC, a monitor and access to our open and b-tournament for 6 players.
VIP Team Ticket – 1470€
A VIP team ticket will include a PC, a monitor and access to our open and b-tournament for 6 players. VIP team tickets will include free snacks and drinks as well as a filled fridge and the best gaming rooms and PCs available in the venue.
Community Ticket – 27,50€
A community ticket will grant a visitor access to the venue for the entire duration of the event.
PRIZE POOL:
Our event will feature a 2.500€ monetary prize pool for the top three finishing teams in the main tournament as well as hardware prizes for top performing players and B-tournament winners.
ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:
The most important difference between ÜBERFEST 2024 and 2025 is that our location comes with 50 beds. We will sell these for roughly 40€s a night. Please note that since these beds will be in 2 or 3 bed-rooms, we will sell these as rooms and not individual beds. The final allocation of these beds to individual people will lie within the responsibility of the purchasing person.
FURTHER INFORMATION:
Please find a few extra points on ÜBERFEST 2025 that we would love for you to know:
1. Just as last year, we will broadcast all matches and additional content around the matches on twitch.tv/kritzkast
2. Please note that 1337 Camp will have a slightly different layout than BaseStack Dortmund. There will not be one big lan area as last time but rather multiple rooms across which teams will be separated. Check 1337 Camp's website to see the layout. There will be team rooms and community spaces to get together for drinks, relaxation, food and to chill out with friends.
3. With no dedicated stage room we're turning one of 1337 Camp's community spaces into a unique broadcast stage (we have a few amazing ideas in mind) and a different area of the venue into a viewing & party space.
4. Unlike at ÜBERFEST 2024 we will not have to close the venue down at night time. However this means that we will have to ask visitors to respect a few noise and privacy rules in the sleeping floors at night.
5If you weren’t able to or prefer not to book a sleeping space on site please note that there of course are several affordable hotels in the area of the venue!
